Where Can I Set My Budget Preferences?

At this time, we don't allow agents in the Houseful agent network to set budget preferences for their leads. When a lead comes in, you can see their self-declared budget on the Preview Screen as a proxy for their budget. You can "Claim" the lead if you think you can help them, or "Decline" the lead. You aren't penalized for declining leads. 

Some Houseful leads will be ready to buy now, and others will require nurturing and help to navigate the financial readiness process. We encourage agents to work with both types of leads if you are able to help them now or in the future after nurturing.
