What should I do if I am introduced to a client that wants to buy/sell in another market?

In some cases, you may be introduced to a client that wants to buy or sell in a market you do not service. For example, they are moving to a new city and need help selling and buying on either side of the move. 

In this case, you should email agentsupport@houseful.ca with the referral’s information. They will match the client with another agent in the Houseful network for the transaction outside of your service area. If they still want to buy or sell in your service area, the consumer will remain assigned to you.
