Houseful tracks agent and team performance on a series of stats in the Houseful Agent Dashboard. These stats help you understand how well you are performing within the program and offer tips in each category to boost your effectiveness.
3. You will see a list of different metrics and how you're performing.
You can select "Learn More" under the stat name to learn how it is calculated, or "How to Improve" for tips on how to improve your performance in that area.
1. Lead Offer Response Rate: Your Lead Offer Response Rate is the percentage of your last 100 lead offers that you’ve responded to by claiming or declining
2. Relationship Confirmation Rate: Your Relationship Confirmation Rate is the percentage of referrals you’ve been introduced to that you confirmed you will or will not be working with, within seven days of introduction.
3. Referral Status Update Rate: Your Referral Status Update Rate is the percentage of your referrals who you have confirmed you are working with and who have up-to-date status selections.
4. "Showing Homes" Rate: Your “Showing Homes” Rate is the percentage of your confirmed referrals, including those you’ve released, who have the status “Showing Homes” selected.
5. "Making Offers" Rate: Your “Making Offers” Rate is the percentage of your confirmed referrals, including those you’ve released, who have the status “Making Offers” selected.
We provide Team performance stats for the same metrics as individual agents. Team stats are calculated in aggregate, which means these stats combine the performance for all agents on the team. Team members can still see their individual performance stats under the "Mine" tab.
