We had the pleasure of welcoming acclaimed business coach Kathleen Black on May 10th, 2022 where she shared a different approach to online lead conversion to grow your business. Here are some of the takeaways. 

What’s your game plan?

It’s important to ‘have a game plan’ before you are connected to an online consumer. What are the MOST important questions you want to ask? Knowing what questions to ask in advance will allow for a smooth transition to booking a time, date and place with them. Explain your process and how to help them.

Are you listening?

When you’ve got a consumer on the phone, remember to LISTEN! You will find out how you can help.  It’s time to stop selling and start helping consumers! 

Offer value:

The consumer is looking for resources so offer them value that helps with what they want and need. Look at their perspective and not yours! Once they have the resources they need, it’s time to move to the next step.
