What is changing? 

OJO is becoming Houseful. 

Where will I see these changes?

You will notice the name change across all our pre-existing agent touchpoints and tools. This includes the Agent Dashboard, any communications we may send you, our social media groups, landing pages, and our website. Emails, calls, and text messages will appear under the name Houseful. In addition to our name change, we also have a new logo, as seen below. You will still see references to OJOHome Canada Ltd. as it remains the name of our legal entity.

Where will I now go to access my referrals?

You can now access the agent dashboard at referrals.houseful.ca. You will need to log in at this URL to manage your referrals. Please bookmark this page for easy access going forward. 

How should I refer to the agent network going forward?

We are now the Houseful agent network. 

Should I expect changes to the way the agent network works?

No, our program and expectations will remain the same. Aside from the new agent dashboard URL (referrals.houseful.ca), you can expect business as usual. 

Will there be any changes to the way I receive and claim leads?

No, you will still receive lead offers via text from 88000. The claiming process will remain the same.

Do I need to sign a new agreement?

No, your existing agreement will remain in effect.

How does this affect the closing process?

The closing process will largely remain the same, including reporting closing on your agent dashboard and our standard referral rate.
